Common Issues & Solutions

1The app isn't blocking content

Make sure you've enabled the content blocker in your device's Settings > Safari > Content Blockers. Toggle UNDOOMED on and restart Safari.

2Settings keep resetting

Check that you haven't enabled the Parental Lock feature. If locked, you'll need the password to change settings.

3App crashes or won't open

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. Contact us if problems continue.

4Time limits aren't working

Ensure you've granted UNDOOMED the necessary permissions in your device settings. Check Settings > Screen Time on iOS or Digital Wellbeing on Android.

5Can't find a specific platform or feature

We're constantly adding new platforms and features. Check for app updates in your app store, or contact us to request new features.
