Introduction

Welcome to UNDOOMED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UNDOOMED mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Sévag Willemot ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using UNDOOMED, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

Description of Service

UNDOOMED is a digital wellbeing application designed to help users reduce time spent on addictive social media features. The Service provides tools to:

• Block distracting content on social media platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit feeds, TikTok For You page, Facebook Stories, X/Twitter timeline, and LinkedIn feeds
• Enable "Messages Only Mode" to access direct messages without viewing feeds
• Set time limits and usage restrictions on specific apps or features
• Track digital wellbeing metrics through the Clarity Score feature
• Implement parental controls with password protection

The Service works by using visual filters and accessibility features to modify how content appears within third-party applications on your device. UNDOOMED does not modify, hack, or reverse-engineer any third-party applications. IMPORTANT: UNDOOMED is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform. We do not guarantee the Service will be available indefinitely - while we strive to maintain the app, we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without obligation to provide lifetime support.

User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service
• Take responsibility for securing your device and any parental lock passwords you set

Privacy and Data Collection

UNDOOMED is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect minimal anonymous usage data only to improve the app and fix bugs. Specifically:

- We use Sentry for crash and error tracking to fix bugs and improve app stability. These error reports are anonymous and contain no personally identifiable information. - We collect basic analytics (features used, performance) to improve the app. This data is aggregated, anonymous, and only accessible to the developer for product improvement. All your personal preferences, settings, and usage statistics remain stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. We NEVER track your browsing history, social media activity, or any personal information.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sévag Willemot and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. The Service may be affected by updates to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) that may temporarily or permanently affect functionality.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEVAG YOMTOBIAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

(a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service; (e) any errors or omissions in any content; or (f) any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of the Service.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee lifetime service and may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Third-Party Services

UNDOOMED interacts with third-party social media platforms (such as Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn) by modifying how content is displayed on your device. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. UNDOOMED is an independent digital wellbeing tool that does not represent and is not endorsed by these companies.

Your use of these third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher (Sévag Willemot) operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes about the Service, we encourage you to first contact us at support@sevag.app to seek an informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sévag Willemot regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to the Service.
